Accelerate Conference and Evening of Hope

God is doing great things in our midst and as a ministry we are eager to fulfill our part. With the New Year, we believe we are on the verge of a mighty outpouring of God's grace in our time and generation. We humbly desire His refreshing wind of the Holy Spirit that brings about the transformation of individuals and communities. That is why we are hosting Accelerate- a Spiritual Empowerment Conference here in the Twin Cities March 19th and 20th.

The apostle Paul speaking of his faith journey says, "I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ....but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:8-14).

This two-day conference in Minneapolis is a time of refreshing worship, inspiring messages from dynamic speakers, prayer, and re-commissioning for those in attendance. As with Paul, it is a season to seek deliverance from what lies behind and the everyday distractions, to get equipped with the tools to reach forward, and press on through the power of the Holy Spirit into God's upward call.

As we pray for revival and awakenning in our lives, churches, and communities, we are eager to hear God's specific word for us. I pray that at Accelerate, each of us will experience God in a dynamic and refreshing way.

In conjuction with Accelerate, we are hosting a one evening evangelistic event, Evening of Hope Concert with National artists Superchick and John Reuben on the 19th of March. The Evening of Hope is a free admission event open to all the public. I will be giving an evangelistic message and invitation during the event.

If you live in the Twin Cities, the Evening of Hope is a perfect opportunity to invite someone who does not know Christ to come out and not only enjoy a great concert but experience the love and hope that Jesus Christ gives.

Accelerate conference will end on the 20th Saturday in the afternoon with a special session of one on one prayer for the needs of conference participants. No Room in the Inn...21st Century Version

It is the Christmas season 2009. Like Joseph and Mary 2000 years ago, a young couple are on the virge of the birth of their first baby boy. Although they are doing everything to prepare for the big day, it still catches them by surprise. Instead of the regular 40 weeks, the baby is arriving six weeks early. Because they are not expecting it this early, their bags are not packed nor is the nursery fully furnished. Safe for an early morning warning in a dream to the father to prepare to be in a delivery room and with assurance (from the Lord) that it would be o.k, the day started off as any other day. At 6:00 AM, the couple prays together for about 40 minutes in their home in Victoria. They take showers. Malawi Day 6- Breakthrough At Last as Hundreds Respond in Lilongwe!

Sammy Wanyonyi gives the evangelistic message in Lilongwe, Malawi on Sunday evening. Finally, God crowned our efforts with breakthrough as several thousands of people flocked onto the local soccer field in Area 25 of Malawi's Capital Lilongwe, to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. Several hundreds responded to the call of Salvation. Now we are praying and looking forward to a great harvest of souls on the closing night of the Festival here tomorrow, Wednesday night.
